Police in Fife, Scotland, have caught a dangerous perp through the use of their speed cameras. The nefarious criminal, Sean Toehill, was caught on camera driving his car at a blazing 22 mph in a 40 mph zone. He was caught, hauled up before the judge, and had his license taken away for a year.
His crime? Making a V-sign to the camera.
It’s obvious that Fife’s Sheriff George Evans, who decided the case, is a close cousin to Deputy Barney Fife of Mayberry. Do you think they let him have a bullet in his pocket as well?
